when do the Grand FInal tickets go on sale??? and how much will they cost?

I've checked with my local newsagent, which is a TicketMaster7 outlet and they said they go on sale tomorrow morning (tuesday).

Someone on the 'old' noticeboard said that they already have their tickets. How did you get them and where? Considering the venue wasn't known til yesterday and it's a public holiday in Melb today, and there's nothing on the TicketMaster7 website, i'd be curious to know how.

The cost will be interesting, I wonder if we'll have to reserve a seat, or can pre-purchase a gen. admin ticket for level 3, unless they reserve that too. Guess I'll find out tomorrow morning.

I doubt there will be any general admission considering they will be expecting a pretty big crowd.

I just checked on Ticketmaster and finally found it. It wasn't under the Wizard Cup section (silly me for checking there???) it was under upcoming events.

There are no prices listed but they are on sale tomorrow (Tuesday) at 9.00am. There is reserved seating and general admission available.

Glad you mentioned to check under upcoming events Hurricane, I just had a look myself. As my dad has a bad back and leg, we would perfer to get gen. admin so we can pick our own seat, but I'll be pre-booking them tomorrow still, then don't have to worry about it. Shame there was no prices up.

Got mine just a few minutes ago. Price was cheaper than I thought, and reserve cost the same as gen admin. $24 Looks like lvl 2 is the reserve, and gen. ad. is 1 & 3. I got gen admin however, because (see above, LOL) Seeya's on Saturday.

I got mine too. I was happy to get gen admin seeing as its the whole of 1 & 3.

Hurricane - yer I was surprised too... But I'm quite happy about getting Gen. ad. as there is plenty of seats to choose from, and is best in my situation. I'll be there early enough to get a great seat.

we got our reserved seats, but were told that Level 1 was Members Reserved seating, so we're on Level 2. At least we're there!

I ordered my general admission tickets online, but where do I pick them up from? Any gate?

Kristin, if you want to get those tics in your hands earlier and possibly avoid queuing up on the night, if you work in town you can pick them up from the Ticketmaster outlet at the Athaneum (Collins St.), which is what I usually do.
