| What is it with Hawthorn. Ribbed Naicos of a brownlow, and Pendles possibly the games record. Nothing good ever comes us of playing that lot except for 4 points. |

He is, perhaps, our most critical component in aiming for the ultimate again in 2024.
There should be no compromise in looking after his health.
If we are good enough, we can win against Port without Pendlebury.
If we are not, so be it- at least someone like Macrae, Sullivan, Bytel, Allan may be given a shot.

| And just 6 games from becoming the first player to play 250 senior games at the MCG. Notably, he and Sidebottom will on Anzac Day rank first and second for most games played there, all-time. Bartlett played 200 - and Steele drew level on 200 yesterday. |

Do we think he has much more than about another 200 games in him? |

This will be his 17th Anzac match. Fletcher played 18. https://afltables.com/afl/teams/allteams/anzac_day_clash.html#ps
Hopefully he can go on and play in next years game and at least equal that. (Fletcher has no Anzac medal tho).
We've got 11 more games to go before he hits 400. I cannot WAIT for that!
