Hey, BJ. Isn't it good to see a good 'un at this stage of his career. So confident! Reminds me of a young Ponting or Steve Waugh.

Yeah, some of the nics are pretty poor. Reiffel - Pistol. Dale - Chip'n. Warne - Warney. Blewett - Blewy (wow! they're inventive. Lol) Steve Waugh - Tugga. Mark Waugh - Junior. Pul-ease!

Brett Lee's is Bing, Fradam. I wondered why till I saw a shop in outer Sydney recently called Bing Lee's. I suppose that's where it comes from.

Congrats to Michael Clarke.

He's been given a full contract from the ACB.

Losing contracts were Stuart Clark (NSW), Mike Hussey (WA) and Mark Waugh (NSW), retired.

Shame Clarkey isn't in the Test side, because I think he's a very talented batsmen. Is he (or going to be) in the One Day side in the Windies? Or haven't they announced the team? Probarly a stupid question just then, sorry about that.

Clarke has been named in the Aussie ODI squad to replace Martyn (see article under ODIs Aussies v. Windies)

I thought Clarkey was a bit stiff to not get a run (Lehmann's replacement) in the second ODI against the Windies.

Jimmy Maher was preferred.

3rd onedayer - Clarke 75* (100), 3 catches - MOM

He's coming along well, altough could have batted more agressively towards the end of the innings.

Yep. Well done Michael Clarke. He's learning quickly.

I'm glad the Windies didn't overhaul Australia's 258 because it did look to be 10-20 short of what it should've been.
