Just started another thread on same thing. Can be merged. I was there. And my mouth waters with anticipation for the coming future of the GOOOOOOOEY!

Dwyer was subbed out at half time due to lack of impact.

Would think Degoey would come in for him.

Assuming Ramsay and Seedsman are ready to resume then we're going to have to find another out other than the two most likely in Dwyer and Armstrong.

Stuff it De Goey should come in so pick one of Blair, Karnezis, Broomhead or Varcoe to make way or choose one of your own I don't care.

Tough calls are gonna have to be made sooner rather than later anyway with Sidey not far away, some other youngsters knocking on the door and come the second half of the year hopefully Greenwood and Reid will be raring to go.

Honestly. Armstrong?

After tonight's VFL game where DeGoey smashed down the door. We are wasting his talent in the VFL and not accelerating his development enough there. Needs to get a string of games at afl level.

Trusting Magpiebat will be an ally here.

FACT: Young players cannot stand up to the rigors of a 22 week season!

I wonder if the plan is to start feeding these guys in later in the season.

The jungle-drums are beating all right; when was the last time we had this much hype for a kid coming through? Sidey or Beams I would have said

Yes the kid may tire. So what. Take him out of the side then. We missed an opportunity to play him. If the kid is going to tire later why then wait to the later part of the season to play him. Makes no sense.

We played Armstrong instead. What did that gain in the grand scheme? It was a short term decision IMO and was a lost opportunity.
