Grundy reminds me of that year Pebbles played every game but was injured in the early rounds and just had to keep playing. Worrying.

Pendles post siren alluded to Grundy feeling 4 years of continuous hard footy. I’d say he needs a spell but obviously can’t get a rest now. I thought it was smart to use Cameron in the ruck to rest Grundy a bit

I admit I was worried it’d backfire, Grundy, Cameron, and Cox. But he kept Cox forward and I don’t think Cameron actually went forward except on the ball as ruck? Happy to admit I was wrong on Cameron playing

Can't do it long term - it just left us a player short (between them, Grundy and Cameron managed just a little over 100% game time). It probably worked against West Coast because Natanui doesn't play much gametime for a ruckman - as he's not very aerobically fit. Hopefully Grundy can get fit for the Geelong game. We only won that final against them last year because Grundy dismantled them on his own.
