I like what i've seen of Daicos and Noble in the pre season. I think they'd both be close for a round 1 call up.

If JDG, Elliott and Cox kick 3+, Stevo 2+ then we should win but you could say this about any opponent. My concern is how we are going to kick a winning score when this doesn't happen? I hope this is one of the occasions where the former eventuates but bullflogs always turn it into a scrap as another poster pointed out so can't see it happening.

Stevo usually plays well at the dome, I just hope his tank is right after been crook. I would give Cameron and Daicos the nod for reward for effort.

I'll be keen to see what start to the season big Mason has. He should be well settled in the game now.
I just hope the umpires spot him getting slapped in the face during marking contests - I thought it was approaching a grubby trend last year.

Would be surprised if it sells out considering the current panic and uncertainty around the coronavirus outbreak.

At this stage, I'm not sure I will be attending this match.

Me either Jezza, i have a medallion club seat for this one, but im shooting at a Make a wish party the next day, so i dont think i can risk it.

Ahh the Dishlicker doggies on their own pissing ground, any win will do, that's for sure, they will have a red hot go, and we must be right on, really switched on there, be tough game. Magpies by 9 points we finally win a round one game.

I'm definitely not going now.

You would have to be mad to be attending in these circumstances.

I don't know what bux sees in them.
we will lose every game if these 3 play on the same team.
infact we play with one less if only one of them play in the seniors.
WHE, COX, and that Queenslander, what's his name?
Thomas. it took some time.

Logically speaking you are right. Putting yours and your family's safety first and foremost is obviously the right thing to do.

However after just recovering from a very severe mental illness, I feel like I need to achieve the most I can while I can, and before the next inevitable bloody relapse. Therefore I feel the need to take risks. And of course Collingwood winning is just the tonic I need to help towards full recovery.

I believe that life is not about waiting for the storm to pass but learning to dance in the rain and thus reducing its impact. I refuse to let my mind bully my body

So here I go through the grace of God and will attend our first game.

Totally agree with you Piesnchess. I even agree with your predicted margin of 9 points. As you and I know, winning the first game is paramount. Simply it is a MUST win game.

How about we quarantine the CV chatter to the CV thread and save this one for talking about how we're going to smash the doggies

Let's see, last year they all played in rounds 20, 19, 16, 15, 14, 12 and 6

We won more than half of those games
