If Bandt is seen talking to himself, he can just say he's holding a meeting of the Green MP's.
What will be interesting is how he approaches this. Early evidence suggests he'll present a less moderate face than Di Natalie and push harder and louder the more extreme views.
Now while that may excite the people who already share that mindset, it risks alienating a whole bunch of moderate left wingers and reversing the trend of their share of the vote slowly increasing.

Bandt already starting with the push for a "Green New Deal".
Hopefully this is beginning of the end for the watermelons! _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023 | |

Hah, won't be that quick.
I will be watching with interest. There was a piece in the ABC I read in the past few days which suggested that the bushfires had basically zero impact on how people thought about climate change, which was the opposite of what was anticipated.
Bandt isn't going to play nicely with Labor, the Lib/nat coalition may well be in power for a generation or more. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |
