Injury update for 2020:

My arthritis is doing better in 2020 except in my right hand. Too much typing.

My thighs get a bit of lactic acid from a fair bit of cycling

Otherwise not too bad and I’m ready to fire in 2020

Tay Adams came out of his moon boot pre Christmas. it was precautionary. He'll be good to recommence training again.

Is anyone else worried about Tom Langdon? I haven’t heard to much about him but something is making feel as though his knee is not 100% right.
For the lads and ladettes that have been attending training, has Tom Langdon been training at all? If so, how is he looking? Every time I read the training reports, he is not even sighted. Very concerning. 😢

^ If you look at the Illness & Injury thread, you'll see this isn't unexpected, so we'll just have to wait and see.

Typing, that's a different euphemism Razz

I have a right shoulder problem, started I think with bowling in park cricket on Christmas day, exacerbated by manually nailing on replacement weatherboards.

It's OK, doesn't bother me unless I want to use it

Legs are working but I ain't doing a 2km time trial without a motor

^Bone on bone in his knee from what we understand. Condition suffered by his father and grandfather too. Won't make playing out the rest of his career too easy most likely.

I’ve been watching the training reports and he’s yet to make a appearance according to reports even with the rehab group
I have the same gut feeling for a while we’ve been kept in the dark about the true extent of his injury
