Good afternoon '90 nice'.
From what I observed:
De Goey- ran a load of laps and did some very strong run-throughs- no strapping nor any suggestion of restriction- did not engage in main group.
Hoskin-Elliott/Brown C./Daicos/Noble/Greenwood/Quaynor- all did a significant block of running- distance-sprints-jogging and some casual ball work. of this lot, Greenwood was impressive given he had an ACL reconstruction toward the back end of 2019 season.
Dunn- did a very solid block of running and, eventually, did a fair bit of work on his own- again, appears to be unimpeded in his running. Trained in lycra so I could not determine if the reconstructed knee was strapped.
Cameron did the warm-ups with the main group then completed a big block of running. Not sure how he finished up at the Swans in 2019 in terms of injuries, but moved well for such a big man.
Broomhead/Elliott/Adams/Beams/Stephenson not seen at training

Elliott/Adams/Beams/Stephenson not seen at training
This is a massive worry - 4 of our best
Let's hope this doesn't derail another season. |

You could put a line through Beams you would think. Adams and Elliott are good for half a season. And stevo, we'll that's just a formality, because he's so good.
Don't mean to be negative but the injured keep getting injured.

Happy to report if and when I can- look out for more in early January, health permitting.
There were quite a few non-signed players in the match sim- just not certain that they were from our VFL squad or senior players delisted by other clubs.
Apologise that I cant be more help.

| Apart from Greenwood Dunn if hes still with us and Langdon and beams everyone should be fit and healthy by now leading into 2020 |
