My mail is that this is more driven by Longmuir than Collingwood. |

I like Aish, but he's a bit of a Wellingham -- plays for the lifestyle and does enough to get a spot, but despite his obvious talent and ability, gets comfy and doesn't take that extra step. |
Wellingham is a fleet manager for Audi car dealership in Perth now.
LOL |
My worst 90 seconds in football life was the Dom Sheed goal, siren, another heartbreaking loss and storming out of the MCG aisle only to see Sharrod whose arms were in the air, rejoicing in eagles regalia with tears in his eyes surrounded by two models. Rubbish. We are due for some injury luck and C grade players like Aish are expendable in the pursuit of maximising superstar quotas on our list. _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |

Faaaaaar out... this trade period excruciating, more so than last year for some reason.
At least trade radio could go through every player that is on the trade stratosphere and give a valuation on their worth, even if it is speculation.
eg no one is saying what we could expect for Aish. _________________ Carpe diem quam minimum credula postero. |

^ Sweet FA probably. Ideal replacement for Greenwood but as others have mentioned could be filled by IQ. I'd rather keep Shaz than Aish if we had to lose only one. _________________ "Hey Ma get off the dang roof!" |

Anyone know where Aish got the Yin Yang baseball cap he was wearing today? Asking for a friend... |

Sad to see him go if that eventuates - has tremendous courage and seems so 'team first" orientated. _________________ kymbo |

Understand the rationale but very sad to see him go if he does. He’s a very good player, great mark, courageous and at 23 still his best footy is still ahead of him.
Drafted with pick 7 and traded to Collingwood for the equivalent of pick 9 in 2015 (yeah, more than I thought too - Collingwood received Aish and pick No.34 & 53, and gave up picks No.26, 28, 47 & a 2016 second round pick, 33 - deficit of 1510 points).
Probably worth pick 22 alone but Freo would be reluctant to part with that pick knowing collingwood’s position. Perhaps a third round pick going back the other way could get it done.
Good luck Aishy |

He's hardly a very good player, but a decent player nonetheless, and one with potential to improve. His problem is that despite being a senior player for 6 or 7 yrs at 2 clubs, he hasn't been able to lock in a certain best 22 spot. If he leaves us I wish him well and hope he has a good footy career except when he plays us. |

Future 3rd most likely the best trade outcome we can expect.
Wouldn't surprise if it was only a nominal 4th round selection to get Aish a new home and his salary off our books for next year and beyond. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |

Aish was best 22 prior to going down earlier this year.
Finally managed to get some continuity. He is a pure footballer- he's deceptively tough and calm under pressure. Do not want to lose him, yet looking likely |

Not if our primary motivation is to open up cap space to better enable our ability to retain Grundy, de Goey and Moore.
I know he's a favourite of yours Dave but sometimes difficult decisions need to be made for the greater good. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |
