| they need to be able to take questions and enquires and be more open in the way they operate. They need to be open and approachable. I feel currently they are very secretive and unable to contact. I call the club a few times every time its the same they say they can not transfer me to that dept every time I call its to the membership dept. |

Yeah they should have an IVR like this:
Press 1 for Bucks
Press 2 for Geoff Walsh
Press 3 for Eddie
Press 4 for Maxy
Shambles that they don't allows this.................. |

So we need a VFL and an assistant coach for 2020.
Does the club have an annual review of the overall football club in general and the football department in particular?
