I think Richmond locked in Lynch just after they won the flag, we were in turmoil & Bucks didn't seem to have a future.

Cameron & De Goey would be just as dangerous as Reiwolt & Lynch.

We need to manage our list and be into Cameron now, not waste salary cap space on fringe players but land a player that will make us stronger, even if its another 12 months away.

Spot on.
Without a very good key tall forward we will struggle to win a flag.
That’s not to say it can’t be done, but the odds would be against us.

I doubt we would be able to land him as we struggle to recruit big names. He'll probably stay with franchise team and finish his career at Hawthorn after doing a knee.

I hope you are wrong mate, don't want to see another Pies supporting key forward wanting to come back home and we miss out, again!

Stuff like that is how you miss out on flags.

The recruiting department looks like they got a Cameron to ask to be traded to Collingwood.

I would dare sugest that's more important than keeping Grundy.
Waht sort of hole would he leave anyway? WE lose clearances anyway with him, would it really make much difference ro would we lose them much worse without him??
Id also say keeping DeGoey is more importatn than keeping Grundy, not sure between Grundy and Moore but in the GWS game I think Moore was more important than Grundy, who didn't really seem to have that much impact on the result even though he starred.
If the premiere ruckman in the comp can be mostly neutralized by an overgrown poorly skilled thug (Mummy) then maybe it's a waste of about 1/2 of Grundy's probable 1M+ salary.

I'd say Leon Cameron is unproven. He's got probably the strongest list in the league and Bucks has taken us further (losing a GF by less than a kick)

Patton has nominated Sqwarks. I hope we at least had a crack. Next year will be a shit show and we’ll bounce back with cameron in 2021.

King has tweeted his brother to see whether he’d like to flee St Kilda for the Gold Coast, too, apparently.
