So I've renewed for next year, but not exactly how I'd planned it. I'm a Legends member but have rarely gone to games the past 2 seasons so I'd planned to cut back to something else.

However, on 30 September I get an email telling me thanks for renewing. I thought I'd unchecked the auto renew option, guess not. Ok, move on.

Then a week ago I get my credit card statement, the money was deducted on 18 September. Huh? Isn't that supposed to be something that happens post season?

Then to add insult to (financial) injury, today I get a letter in the mail with my membership options for 2020 telling me if I want to opt out of the auto renew option I need to complete this form and return it by Friday 13th September.

Sorry guys, the flux capacitor in my Delorean is in for a service, returning your letter 7 weeks before I received it is a tad problematic.

Is it just me or is this fairly shite customer service?

I'm 100% sure I'd opted out of the auto renewal shit too... funny thing was, I'd got rid of that credit card months ago. Got an email saying my auto renewal had failed.

Will NEVER sign up for that again! I've renewed my membership for next year but that scenario is a bit dodgy IMO.

I received membership renewals (3) beginning of September.

I have auto renewal but rang the club to request that $ not be deducted until 16 October as credit card was already committed with finals tickets. Didn’t ask why auto was so early, just wanted to make sure that we got the same stuff as this year (home game reserved seats & social club) as they no longer have Captains membership.
