Coffee today and reading Sun newspaper

AFL apparently has Collingwood versus Essendon starting off round 23 on Friday night

Yeah, but it gives us an extra days break going into the finals (although there is a bye before hand).

^ So that extra day is useful only if a player on the night gets a 15-day injury.

Same as Essendon, for whatever it's worth.

Same second back page has top eight up for grabs with our prediction

Gold Coast- win
Melbourne - win
Adelaide- win
Essendon- loss

Same eggspurts had Melbourne in top four—comment on facts not speculation

That makes no sense to me - if Collingwood beat all of Gold Coast, Melbourne and Adelaide, they will not lose to Essendon. Personally, I worry whether he can more than one or two with our current absences but if we suddenly pick up steam, Essendon won't stop us. I watched them play Gold Coast yesterday. It was a tragically awful and talentless spectacle.

Do you expect media to make sense —-my thoughts are mixed due to form and injuries as to result,s for those games

Logic and ladder position would rule out GCS and Dee,s with the unknown for two others

I’m just gunna see how it goes

Mark Robinson smugly kicking is while we’re down, says we’re cooked. So that’s it — all I want is to flog Essendon in the last round and either knock them out of the eight, or play them in finals and flog them there. Prick.

Jeez, I'm not confident we can beat the Cold Toast, with the cattle we've got available atm.

Assuming we get our key players back in time for the last game, we are more likely to lose the next 3, then beat the Bombers.

Essendon got smashed by Port yesterday.

Think the Dogs can knock them off next week as well.

The programming works for me, I'll be watching the game from the main bar at The Hotel Darwin
