Just when you think we’ve played our last game there the AFL have gone and scheduled another game for us there.

Why can’t Hawks v Eagles be played there? That game won’t draw more than 20k.

I won’t attend Marvel and suspect many others won’t either.

One of the ground announcers said pre-game that the game was a sell out! In the end the crowd was 39,836. Question

Anyway, if we dish up the same purile football today, it doesn't matter where we play, we will struggle against the Roos.

Why do people dislike this ground. We’re now 8-1 there since 2017

I'm not bothered playing at Marvel provided we're the 'away' team.

It's galling that we give up two home games at the MCG to play at Marvel, and usually one of those two games is against a tenant of the stadium (e.g. Dogs, Saints or Roos).

I would love to be able to be there next week.

Have to feel for most pie fans over here in Perth, thanks to west coast being the bastard club they released only 500 seats available when we play in a few weeks.

Yes I heard the same thing too!

I was thinking the same thing too a sell out.

I must admit I hate playing at Marvel Stadium.

I would like to only play away matches at Marvel Stadium only against teams like North Melbourne, St Kilda or Western Bulldogs.

Will there one day can we play all our 11 Home games at the MCG?

Come on Eddie do something about this!

I think it was better as Colonial Stadium especially the night we beat Brisbane there in 2002.

Is it not galling that Ess, Geel, Carl have to play their home games vs Coll at the MCG (our home ground)?

It annoys me that it's our home game there.

I remember a young Jamie Elliot kicking a bag there (against Brisbane I think). That's going back to 2012 or 2013 I think?

Somehow I don't believe Essendon or Carlton supporters have been complaining about hosting Collingwood at the MCG for the past 25 years.

Geelong thinks they have a god given right to host every game at Kardinia Park. That's nothing new.

That was a rockin' night with a crowd over 46k.

We haven't had a game with attendance over 40k at Docklands since 2015 and only once in the last 18! (home or away)

It’s very possible, with the large number of corporate seats and then season ticket holders you can sell out there and have 10,000 empty seats

Don’t forget ANZAC Day is a sell out and usually falls at least 8-10,000 below capacity

The top deck looked pretty chockers on tv today

I was told I couldn't access the wing on the top deck with GA, it was all reserved. Nowhere near full.
