Geelong thinks they have a god given right to host every game at Kardinia Park. That's nothing new.

They think and play like an interstate club.

They build up a huge home-ground advantage, but then struggle at the MCG.

I think it was better as Colonial Stadium especially the night we beat Brisbane there in 2002.

That was a rockin' night with a crowd over 46k.

We haven't had a game with attendance over 40k at Docklands since 2015 and only once in the last 18! (home or away)

We returned as contenders that night, still one of my proudest nights as a Pies fan during a home and away match.

I'm not bothered playing at Marvel provided we're the 'away' team.

It's galling that we give up two home games at the MCG to play at Marvel, and usually one of those two games is against a tenant of the stadium (e.g. Dogs, Saints or Roos).

Agreed. If we have to play 2 home games there for contractual reasons then so be it. But such games should be against interstate sides, not tenants. For example, we play Gold Coast at the MCG later in the season. Surely that game should've been scheduled for Docklands, with our home Roos game at the MCG!!!

Eddie made some noise last year after we played bulldogs at docklands, and said it won't be happening again. The AFL listened, and instead just have us play the roos there instead - ridiculous.
