There is hope for WB. Come on, Dogs!
Melbourne got a much-needed boost, after all the recent publicity about Petracca's training accident. What it sounds like they were doing is pretty standard practice. I don't think there was anything crazy going on there. |

Naughton watch: 5 M50s, 3.3. A bit wasteful?
English has been monstered in the ruck in some games this year, but the Dogs lead HOs 14-13.
On HOs... in the other game, Witts already has 21 (vs 7) early in Q2. (GC lead centre clearances 4-1.)
"Gold Coast currently leads 7-0 in hit-outs to advantage with Nathan Vardy struggling to match Jarrod Witts in the ruck contests. Vardy has replaced the injured Tom Hickey..."
Everywhere else, it's looking bad for GC. e.g. WC have had 7 M50s to 1. |

Back-to-back goals from Richmond cut the margin to a 25 points late in Q3. Come on, Dogs!
But McLean kicks a steadier a couple of minutes later.
And at 3QT, the Dogs are almost safe.
