Yeah Murphy looks interesting.
Have not concentrated much on him last year.
So the next few weeks i will be watching him closely. |

I'm happy, very happy with that trial run. Billy may prove me wrong and not succumb to injury... I truly hope so, he's a gun!
A lot to like... especially Moore.

Every player did their bit some with a lot of pocessions, some with less
But each and every one played a role
End result was team work of a very high standard—-and will get even better _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

A solid practice match for both teams. Tyler Brown is developing nicely. |

Close to every player had effective input and as mentioned Elliot ,Moore and Beams like “new recruits “
There was another that fits that mould —Rupert Wills _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

I'm hoping Ben Reid is "lacking match practice", otherwise... |

Ben was not prominent
I like Ben tho he may struggle to be consistent 22 player

Was so pleased to see that. I reckon it's under-estimated sometimes how influential he is for team cohesion, plus always good for a goal and motivating tackles. |

travs pace is deceptive like he looks like going at half pace but can still mow down players with the ball with great tackling he looks in great shape |

Difficult to get excited about a JLT game but it was great to see Moore and Elliott back and having some impact. Jamie looked as quick and nimble as ever, wow, I thought he was cooked! _________________ Formally frankiboy and FrankieGoesToCollingwood. |

I've just watched the replay, after my AFL-Live Pass failed to work yesterday! Not happy Jan.
Anyway, it was a good hit out. Our new recruits in Elliott, Moore and Beams are certainly up and about, which is fantastic to see. As well, Stephenson looks like he's ready to go up a notch after his phenomenal season last year. Of our other youngsters, Tyler Brown and a beefed up Daicos look like they have something to offer. Murphy and Quaynor will be pressing for defensive spots as well.
I also thought Roughead looked like he'll be a great pick up for us and gives us some genuine height and strength down back.
Overall, it was a good showing by our boys and suggests that the hunger is there for us to go one step further this season. |

I didn't think we would perform to that level in a JLT in 40 degree Perth heat, so to win playing very well was unexpected. Elliot looked pretty damn good, took some nice marks and kicked a couple of goals, looks very agile and dangerous. Tyler Brown did some nice work, looks a likely type, has a nice shimmy on him. We were missing a dozen or so best 22 and looked very classy which says so much for our depth. Welcome back Beamer! Has slotted back in nice and easy like an old pair of jeans. Our midfield looked polished even without several key mids, again a testament to our depth. Overall, very impressive Woods!
Just pass the cup over now and save the other 17 teams the pain. _________________ RED "BABY" CAVANAUGH: Didn't hear what the bet was.

Win for me was a bonus—-I had my attention on several things
Moore. Elliot. Beams and their performance amongst others
How they set up in the new rules
And the team was relentless in its persuit —-roles were adhered to and the seamless overlap between close to every player
You could sense that they would win—-rare to watch any game with the feeling a win was certain _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

Gleeson: "In certain stages of each of their games St Kilda and Collingwood pulled a player from the wing back to the point of the centre square at the bounce of the ball so that they could quickly get across to defend the ball coming out of the centre when their opposition had a run-on." |
