Reid remains a good mark though but has invariably been a poor handballer and a less than consistent kick for goal

Would it surprise you to know that Reid's accuracy is better than T. Cloke and L. Franklin, and roughly equal to G. Ablett Sr? Not bad for someone who was predominantly a back
.

That does surprise me. Unfortunately, he is far less influential than the others

Ben certainly could be a forward and those stats show that

Injuries ruined his opportunity to continue was not to be

With the now chance of a Beams crumming a goal or Elliot and Cox both capable marking forwards doing simalar-throw in JDG ,WHE and Stevo
where will 2019 opening for Ben be

Backline not assured-hate to say it but Ben will even if fit be a back up player -i really hope he can be in the 22 as hes a champ

If memory serves, the few games he played before injury he had the aggression turned way up in the forward line and it was unsettling to the opposition defense - he wasn't overly effective but he had the defense on the ropes. It was a good look and unexpected. That said I think he's just outside the 22 because his skillset is now more limited.
