I'ts been 4 weeks since the gold wig was last seen celebrating a collingwood victory.

This is indeed very frustrating and although the pies played with the shockers until the last quarter the gold wig wasn't in attendance (but it was there in spirit)

I'm tipping a glorious return of the winners gold wig this friday night...glittering and shining under the MCG lights and it will be a beautiful sight it will be a sight to be celebrated and cherished, every little glitter beaming from the gold wig will be a warning to all that the pies 'our collingwood' are very much on course for a finals appearance.

I'm planning to join you guys in the Cheersquad with my digital camera so I can take more shots of that famous wig. Ya know 3 times I've brought my camera to a game and 3 times we've won. How's that for an omen.

Joffa kindly retired the Gold Wig to the Daicos Bar over here in WA a few years ago.

I think it's time... time to unleash the wig at Optus in 2019.

I hope I'm on break for the game in Perth! We are changing swings to 2 on 2 off, not sure of start date yet though. I've already booked a couple of days A/L to get to Melbourne for the ANZAC day game and depending on how this new roster lands, I might need to take more A/L (9 days in Melbourne).
