The clubs membership department is away until Jan 7.
Looks like I'll have to wait until then. I'm really hoping this is an easy fix.

Im not so sure about that after a lot of Melbourne Star members have recently been misled. (To their credit tho, they're fixing it up).
Hopefully we haven't lost out new Home seats though, that would be crap. |
My advice, ring as soon as they are scheduled to start, or be prepared for 20 pkayings of our beloved song, personally I’d just go in there if you can!

Apparently Collingwood offering new Captain's members upgrade to Legend's for free.
Also, pack received today (02/01/19).

| TP, if the Club makes the right changes, Legend members will get the only gift that really matters: premierships. They will have to share that gift with Presti35's dog, though. |

I would have thought that last year was enough for people to want to bump thier membership to legend status. It’s not just something for nothing I’m worried about, it’s fighting for finals tickets! That’s the only reason we pay extra, you don’t get anything else for it, and now they are giving it away!

My pack came this week (my daughter’s cake before Christmas, my son’s???, the abyss).
I opened it and grabbed the membership card, polo, scarf and fridge magnet.
Went to throw the letter in the bin but ended up reading it first. Noticed on the letter that it said what the pack contained. Well I didn’t receive the following items:
Lanyard
Ticket wallet
Bumper sticker
Membership cap (voucher - to be collected)
No biggy as I put my membership card in my wallet and may not get to Melbourne this year to collect the cap.
But it’s the principle of it.
Have flicked an email to the Club.

Lanyard etc. are usually in the vacuum pack with the scarf.
Last year the red headed chick almost tossed hers out by mistake as she didn't need another scarf and hadn't checked the pack properly.
All 3 memberships received, member cards and social club medallions put aside in our membership box ready for the start of the season.

My membership arrived today
No members Cap, I have to collect from Melbourne (Canberran) when we play our 1st game. Skimping Collingwood, this is pathetic.
I usually wear this during the summer months before the season starts.
The members scarf looks very cheap.
They have changed my social club member number from 7342 (had this since 2000 season) to 95. WTF!
Come on Collingwood, stop taking your supporters for granted.
