.... Maybe we dodged a bullet missing out on Tom Lynch.

Lynch is bit overrated in my humble opinion. Surprised

Delusional. Tom Lynch would have delivered us a premiership last year. Realistically we were the only team who could have beaten Richmond last year. All we needed was a good tall forward.

Not sure bout that at all, we had a raft of injured players, De Goey on one leg, no Cox, etc, going into a GF tired and stuffed after beating the Giants in a very very tough Prelim. Even with Lynch we would not have won, we were stuffed after that tough Prelim, as were the Giants, thats why they got smashed on GF day. We would not have got smashed but still would have lost by bout 4 goals, we needed our best team in to beat the rampant Tigers, and we didnt have that. You have to be realistic. Confused

Do you think Collingwood would have made it a walk in the park like GWS did, for Dusty Martin to win his second Norm Smith medal?

NO, we would have done much better that GWS, who were just terrible, but with out Cox, Degoey on one foot, few nagging injuries, we would not have won, Tigers had their best team in. We would have lost by bout 4 goals, Dusty still would have starred for them in my humble opinion.
