But I will be pissed if they have to raise the Medicare levy again to recoup the cost to the scheme. |

I had a nice bowl of cereal this morning with soy products knowing that the soy also assited in harnessing nitrogen for the soil.
I trust you enjoyed your bowl of cotton fthis morning. |
I didn't have any breakfast, but after my shower I put on my cotton boxers, my denim (cotton) jeans and cotton Tshirt.
And anyway, why are you getting your (tofu) panties in a bunch about this supposed diversion of money? The Libs won't be in power after the next election anyway. It'll be up to wee willy and the comrades to spend all the NDIS money making for profit providers wealthy and leaving the consumers in the lurch. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

You see I feed the world with soy products but you're more interested in fashion Typical HR bean counters, see the cost of everything but the value of nothing
The libs are counting on the economy being stable into the future to continue the money coming in. It's a gamble but the allocated monies are not definite, likely but not definite. Should your mate Trump and trade wars occur then we could see a downturn. Morrison of course is spending like a pokies addict before the next election, spending the surplus when there's no GFC.
Bill ShortenPM next year; I wouldn't be counting my disabled farmers just yet. _________________ “I even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didn’t keep ‘em under long enough” Kinky Friedman |

As a farmer, why on earth would you put money away in good times? As soon as tough times hit you know the public and Government will bail you out. |

But that's exactly what they used to do.
The climate has always been fickle, you'd get 1 or 2 bumper years in 10, several mediocre ones and a few crap ones, with no discernible pattern. The bumper years were when you cleared debt, invest in infrastructure and sock some away for the next drought. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

^^Well my perception is they don't put money away now, they just put their hands out. I can't blame them, there's no need. |

Yeah, dunno.
My impression is things have got tougher. Costs are higher and returns are smaller so maybe a bumper year these days just gets their head back above water and there is no leftover to sock away. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |
