It has a unique place in League history!!

JDG 48 goals
WHE 42 “
JT. 38. “
Stevo 38

Made Collingwood the 27th team to boast four players who each contributed at least 38 goals and first quartet to do it without a key big man amongst them making it first time in 73 yrs and just second time ever Magpie top four goal kickers hadn’t included a KPP—-only other time it happened at Pies was 1945——Cox chimed in with 25 and Checkers 29 from 16 games

They had a conversion rate of 68.9 but add to that the shared it around being responsible for 59 goal assist

Great stuff boys—-this is an abridged version ex. AFL Live

why was this article published. is this so that we can say that JT is part of the swoop squad when we trade him to the lions for Beams.

The guts of the article was not a veiled prospect of a delist ment

What it highlights is the turn around in our offence

“ Bear “ in mind just look at the article that highlighted how effective our forward mix was

Then decide if you think an inclusion will improve our mix

I for one am sceptical—-surely confidence that our side has built within our walls is as Bucks said “We aren’t done”

In reality. JDG is the size of old FF. He wouldn't be much shorter than Dunstall or BT. But quicker.

^ But JdG doesn't, so far, play tall. At the moment, he's not great overhead.
