I'd take Bruce. He'd fit our needs better than Lonie IMO. In reality, Elliot comes into the deep forward role De Goey played for much of this year and De Goey pushes up the ground. Stephenson and WHE can go into the middle for bits and we still have JT, Varcoe, Elliot and a resting mid as small forwards. Bruce is essentially a leading forward who would replace Mihocek or Reid in the forward line, if one or other had to go back for example (if we lost two key defenders to ACL's and two to hamstrings / calf injuries for example ... ). He's good depth and then some, especially if Cox is taking two defenders. Maybe Lonie is steak knives

Where has this Josh Bruce rumour come from? I’ve only been following SEN and the AFL website and there hasn’t been any mention of him or Collingwood for that matter. |

The comments are priceless. Confirms for me we're all rabid mobs with a great natural cynicism and sarcasm. Go Aussies. _________________ Billy Picken, the great No. 25 in the sky! |

If we put one on the others shoulders we may have the key back we're looking for...

Lonie has to sign the offer yet.
He could still end up on another teams list as a delisted free agent.
I'm sure we could still have a sniff if we want. Carlton also may have a sniff. _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

Can't see him in the best 30, let alone the starting 22; would he be better off going to another club for more opportunity? _________________ M I L L A N E 4 2 forever |
