Jesus mate.

Between you and Raw Hammer, your killin me.

OK. Beers on me if your right.

Go Pies

PM me where you're sitting and I'll collect the beers early. Wink

Sounds like you've collected well in advance...I hope you're right but for one point: a game is never over at 1/4 time

It was in the 2010 Prelim, where we dismembered the Cats in the first 15 mins and from there it was all over. I'm expecting a similar outcome tonight. Seriously, the Tigers won't know what's hit them and they will fall to pieces.

With all these positive posts, it's becoming hard for me to train my mind into thinking that this is the last time I will see them play this year (a coping mechanism I'm trying to apply to minimise the disappointment of a likely loss).

Ahhh - stuff it - go pies - we can do this - smash 'em into next year.

Praying and hoping for a win.

Need everyone tone switched on tonight and a bit of luck from the Umpires.

If it's not us, then I hope West Coast or Melbourne can stop the Tigers.

Well you've convinced me.

I'm celebrating already.

If Astbury is in doubt they have a ready replacement in Brandon Ellis.

The Richmond side have a number of high quality footballers within and have proven they are a champion TEAM in breaking the record for consecutive wins at the MCG whilst being the reigning Premier. The only losses they have suffered this season have been interstate.

It's no fluke what they have achieved.

We don't have to like them, in fact I encourage you to hate them with a passion but it's totally disingenuous if some people can't bring themselves to acknowledge that the side we face tonight are a very very good football TEAM and one whose pressure ability could have dismantled many talented sides like Geelong and Hawthorn of the recent past.

If Richmond however are the reigning champions of high intensity football then thankfully we are surely there rightful challenger for the title.

I see this game as a genuine 50/50 contest but like week 1 against the Eagles we have very little wiggle room for error and must take our chances when momentum swings our way.

We simply can't afford a repeat of the fumbling and stumbling at those critical moments like we saw against the Eagles.

We can win make no mistake but it'll take our best performance of the season and we'll need to:

1. Match them for physicality and intensity across all 4 quarters.

2. Have 22 contributors. No passengers.

3. Kick accurately on goal.

4. SUFFER NO IN GAME INJURIES!

GO PIES!

I saw the start of channel 10 news tonight. They spoke to Richmond supporters, they spoke to Melbourne supporters, they even spoke to a West Coast supporter in Melbourne.Guess who they didn't speak to?Yes,that's right,Collingwood supporters. They were the only ones they didn't speak to.

The media really doesn't like us at all.Let's upset their complacent view of the world, and Richmond's smugness, with the mother of all upsets tonight!

Maybe the twitter tart had something to do with. I am surprised anyone watches Channel 10 news.

Swoop is right.

Kick straight.

Don't fumble.

Tackle like steamhammers.

When on top, make them pay. On the scoreboard.

And kick bloody straight!

Ellis isn't a key defender.
