Bloody great article about an A-Grade footballer and top bloke. The Tigers famously rated all our players' weaknesses before Round 19, and the only player they couldn't find one for was the man of steel himself. I've lurked here a few years and it made me vomit in my mouth how some supporters bag him, want him traded, and act like feral opposition supporters. If Sidey has a good start tonight, we're on!

How bloody good was Sidey!!!! That was a bloody match for the ages, 41 possessions and totally ripped the Tigers apart. Cap it off with a Normie and a Premiership, mate!!! |

Not me. have always reckon he was a star. Was stiff not to win the first Norm Smiff in 2010. If he doesn't win player of the finals from here then the competition is rigged. _________________ Annoying opposition supporters since 1967. |

41 disposals, 13 marks, 2 tackles, 5 clearances, 7 score involvements, and there are no stats for leadership he was brilliant. |

Amazing. Towards the latter part of this season I was quietly thinking that he was a bit overrated, and didn't really deserve the AA. But what an amazing 3 weeks so far, now for one more Sidey! |

Rusty is moving as well as he ever has...
He is at the very top of his game and is one player who will relish the opportunity next Saturday.
Get on him for the Norm Smith _________________ It doesn't matter what happens.... I just love this bloody club! |

I'd love to see his GPS tracking for the game. His gut running endurance is priceless. |

I said it last week, but he's born to play finals football.

Sidebottom is a great player - the passage of play in the last quarter when he combined with WHE and delivered it to Stephenson was gold _________________ Daicos, impossible angle ... Goal! |

He has some. Few Pies don't have any, it seems.

He's been an absolute star in the finals series. Well done indeed Sidey.
Hope he can do it for one more game this year. |
