| The most striking thing about that story is that we only have 83 members in the suburb of Collingwood,yet we have 345 members in Richmond.Who would have thought that we had more members in Richmond than Collingwood?How bizarre. |

There’s a simple answer for at least some of that discrepancy: Richmond (population 27,000) is 3-to-4 times the size of Collingwood (population 8000). But even adjusting for that, it seems that Collingwood supporters are still slightly more likely to live in Richmond than Collingwood.
