He sort of went missing in the third quarter and the thought went through my head that maybe he was being rested for a big last quarter.
He got us going in that last quarter with that beautiful receive from JDG and finally, a straight kick for goal!!!

To play as he has in the last two games under such huge emotional burden is typical of the guts of this team.

Great last 1/4, the team really stood up.

Some of the unheralded guys like Langdon & Mayne made some crucial plays.

I'm happy, anything from here is a bonus. We've one a final with a team full of inexperienced finals players. It is going to get a lot better with these guys.

Sidebottom was just superb, an absolute Magpie legend he is.

JDG was amazing. His pick ups off his boot laces in the wet and quick dish offs were elite beyond belief. Could have had 6 goals.

The backline was superb.

Forward line was sloppy, entries to half forward stunk, but my God, we pretty much led GWS, the fake superstar team, from Go to Whoa.
