It's slowly crept up on us but we might be little over a season away from having our first 300 game player since Tony Shaw (and only the third in the club's long history). With little fanfare, Pendles could be on his way towards breaking a club record. Just stop and take it in for a moment because this would be a huge accomplishment as I never thought I'd see another 300 game player in the B&W.

Been following player tallies for years. Swan could have done it if not for his ankle breaking in round 1 of 2016. Say he plays 20 games that year instead of one. That would have put him on 277 going into 2017.

Would he have played on? Who knows? But he would have been in reach on 300 if he did.

It was looking like Cloke was going to be able to make it too. He was young enough, but his form dropped off so badly. 246 games at 29 before playing 10 for the Dogs. Had he kept his form, and could have played til 32, he could have easily made it to 300.

Also remember back in the day hoping BJ and Presti could get to 250. They didnt. Crying or Very sad

Anyway, here's a thread re: Pendles;

I would think it would take something drastic to happen for Pendles to not make 300.

I can't wait for all the memorabilia that will certainly come with it...
