JDG was down.
23 disposals from Treloar...great effort.

Brave effort. But some of our players just aren’t up to it.Cox was absolutely useless and was a liability.Couldn’t hold one mark all night.

Bald idiot Nicholls. Worst umpire in the AFL.
Even with him, we threw that one away

Line ball between who was better out of Cox and Sheppard. Anyone that thinks Cox is the answer/our future has cement in their head.

Wow, what a massive choke. That last 5 minutes would have to go down as the WORST, most PATHETIC passage of football I can ever remember. I feel gutted, robbed and betrayed after 115 minutes of great, hard, tough footy and we looked all over them, to give that performance late in the game I just cannot rationalize that. This feels like a bad dream or something. FMD!!

So true

We just stopped completely.

Great effort overall, took it right up to them in the west, despite the crowd and umpiring.

I think tonight we proved that it wasn't the draw, we deserve to be in this company.

The umpiring was a disgrace in the last qtr

Yes, it got the pricks home, play that game on the G we would have pantsed them. We showed a lot of guts tonight, had a red hot go, but we had a couple of passengers, Cox played his worst game ever, he owes us for that one, Hoskin Elliott likewise. I reckon we can beat the Giants next week, if we bring that intensity to the table, its at the G too, and we will be in a mood for redemption. One good thing, we cant lose the Grannie to the tigers, we play them in the Prelim, if we win next week. Losing to those bastards in a GF would be the absolute pits, so that's a small blessing from this loss, anyway.

Oh well. To next week. Unlucky to lose it in the end. If only we could kikc it in to our fifty and have a player capable of marking it. We Out played them all night just could not finish. Steele was immense. Really stood up. All the better for the experience. Hopefully next week we will seal our next game and knock off Richmond the week after.
