Interestingly, every vote-getter in our game other than Mitchell got 4, so the coaches agreed on BOG and fourth best but selected different players as second, third and fifth best (voting must have been, 5-5, 4-0, 0-4, 3-1, 1-3, 2-2). |

Mitchell was always getting the 10 votes but behind him Sidey was clearly the next best player on the field even in a beaten side.
Surely both coaches would have had to award him votes or they are completely blind
So likely Clarkson gave him 4 votes and Buckley didn't notice Sidey was on the field because he didn't see Mitchell getting leather poisoning |

That's true. Vice-captain Copeland is on his way to back the back B&Fs. |

If the team plays like it did last Saturday he may be the only player to poll any votes for the season.
There really wasn't another player worthy of receiving votes.
All this niceness for Sidey from me must be hard for you to swallow ole mate but as I always said he has the ability just want to see it over 4 quarters every week. Last week he was very good for 4 quarters and deserves every compliment that comes his way.
Credit were credit is due
Now can you speak to him and see if he can kick about 28 goals himself this week we may need them to stay close to GWS 😳😳 |

Good to hear Chris Scott say that wouldn’t let Mitchell off the chain like we did.
Oh wait .... 40 touches and 2 goals against the self proclaimed holy trinity.
I think Mitchell is close to un taggable. He does his best work in closer than most and his hand speed and awareness are the best in the business.
Even if you do put the hard tag on him, it means you go to the stoppage with one of your players who don’t have eyes on the ball. |
