Time to bring in the Ox.
Should be a handy replacement for Shazz.
I think we can cover him.

while we are at it, lets bring back Blair and Smith as well. We can have all of our not AFL caliber players running around out there like we did from 2013-2017! Hopefull Wills can get healthy in time to get them all out there at once.

Wills can still give us something, Blairy apparently won us the VFL game this week. _________________ " Ohhh Banksy and out comes the Note Book".

Not surprised to hear that. Blair is a total pro and one of my favorite players. I've no doubt he would be one of the best VFL players in the country. _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |

Nope.
There is more upside in playing Madgen. _________________ I am vengeance. I am the night. I am MagpieBat. |

Considering Shaz was playing as a pseudo KP defender and Magden is taller and more solid than Ox, much as I've been a fan of Ox, I reluctantly agree. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

I am finding all of the Ox or Madgen confusing. I understand that McLarty has been playing Ruck Follower for most of the year but I am confused why he does not appear to be considered (although he was an emergency last week).
I really like the kid he provides some good size, loves the body on body and he has a good pair of hands a reliable kick who can play at both ends and the part I really like is he runs at our goals.
But he does not appear to be considered _________________ Bucks you just reckon he can still cut it in the middle |

I also don't know why we aren't giving McLarty a crack. Sure, he has been playing as a forward all year but that doesn't mean he has forgotten how to play back. _________________ kill for collingwood! |

^ Because we already have 3, 200+cm players in the team and bringing in another there abouts and probably less agile makes us top heavy? _________________ Formally frankiboy and FrankieGoesToCollingwood. |

I like the Ox, but obviously he can't pseudo play as Shazz did. I'd try to rotate him in the side somehow, but not there.
Honestly Shazz was doing a lot of sweeper type stuff, and I know this is a bit outta left field but I'd consider sending Pendels down back. _________________ All Aboard!! Choo Choo!!! |

Ox is very good in the air, not unlike Shaz, but I actually prefer the stronger bodied Magden. |

I'd say Ox is actually better in the air provided he doesn't have to stand and wrestle. He reads the play beautifully and has great hands. Langdon currently has his spot in the backline.
If we were playing Adelaide or Port, I'd seriously consider McClarty to come in as both have tall loaded forward lines but against Sydney, I'm happy to give Magden a run _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

MagpieBat, I keep hearing Murphy's name being mentioned as the one who may come in. What are your thoughts as you would have seen him play?
Injuries are allowing us to get games into players, we will reap the rewards in years to come. |
