Congrats to Grundy for reaching 100 - seems like he got there very quickly.

Great player and getting better all the time.

Seems like a great guy too

Yeah it does seem to have come up very quickly. Best ruckman I've seen at Collingwood (following since '75) and he's got another 200 in him. Well done Brody

I just love watching him play, he's a champ. I want to see him play 300 plus for the Pies, and hope a few of those are winning grannys.

An absolute fave is Grundz.

100 already, and an absolute Collingwood beast.

I can't wait until they put the Premiership medal around his neck...and they will.

Go the Pies!

You can't compare Peter Moore and Grundy. Moore was a complete footballer who kicked bags of goals. He kicked 76 in 1977 and 57 in 1978 before being forced to play more as a ruckman. Imagine Josh Fraser.

Grundy however is a complete onballer who kicks the occasional goal. His tapwork has gone to another level this year after a bad start in the centre square for the first month or so where the opposition were sharking him more often than not. His workrate and 1%ers around the ground are on par with Stunning Steve McKee, who gave 100% every time he ran out, but with half the talent of Grundy. Brodie has left all but the most agile of ruckmen in his wake, and even the ones who could run with him couldn't do it for 4 quarters. He's a complete ruckman, as shown by his defensive grabs against the Dogs across half back to help turn that game in our favour when we looked a bit rattled in the first q.

The Port Power game against Ryder will be a ripper. Looking forward to it.

Pop quiz. Who’s played more games and who is older?

Gawn or Grundy?

Grundy has been magnificent again, today. He’s done everything but carry them on his back. If only we had a competent midfield to take advantage of all the first use of the ball he generates.
