Results have definitely gone our way the last few weeks (our game vs WC aside!). Beating North has very likely locked us in for finals - if we're good enough to be in the 8 (which I think we are) and barring any more significant injuries, we should be Brisbane and Freo and therefore should make the 8. Pre season mission accomplished.

If we beat Sydney or Port we should make top 4 (though this is a bit dependant on percentage and who it is - if it's Port then percentage not such an issue probably).

If we beat Sydney AND Port (as well as Brisbane and Freo) we'll be clear third on my ladder predictor. We can challenge for top 2 but will depend obviously on whether WC drops a game. If we win all 5 remaining games we'll still be third on percentage (unless WC drops a game or Richmond drops another) but we'll surely be favourites for the flag...

I would think we should probably beat Sydney on current form (although their best is very good) and probably Port too given their last two games, although again they can beat anyone on their day too. That should put us third. If we o one or the other we get forth - both very good results although I think I'd like a quarter final on the MCG and then if we do lose that we'd get a semi final likely against GWS in Sydney on my predictor.

All in all, if we win three games from here in we're very likely in the top four which is a wonderful result given our injuries and we all would have taken that at the start of the year. Also, if my ladder predictor is accurate, we could finish 6 and still have only beaten one team in the top 9 (Melbourne in 8th) - that would be one for the purists to have a cardiac event over!

We have had a good season to date with dips and rises (the period after Anzac
we had a dip in our input
But there are games that can be a turning point and to resurrect their game with such vigour on Saturday plus it was every player buying in for close to
4 quarters

That game shows just what we are capable of
