I was a bit concerned about this game going in. Wasn't sure what last weeks performance against the Eagles really meant. But we looked fresh and full of running. Was a very enjoyable game to watch, no stress at all. We jumped away like a greyhound and finished like a 2 miler thoroughbred.

We had plenty of moments of stupidity to be sure and I don't think we will get away with a lot of it against the Tigers next week. That will be a huge challenge and we may or may not be good enough but we will give it our best shot. This is what we are doing now and have done all season, giving our best 9 times out of 10. Can't ask for any more.

We seem to go well against the Roos, they try to run and gun but they just don't quite have the class to hurt the opposition on the turnover. Our backs did well on Majak & Brown, to be fair though our mids controlled the game mostly and never allowed too many one on ones to transpire. This is what real defense is, a team effort across the ground not letting your undersized backs get exposed too much.

Pendles was cool and calm, Adams was a tackling machine (the less kicking the better!). WHE was back to his best, taking grabs, kicking goals and being
a general pain in the arse to cope with. Stevo was Stevo and De Goey was a menace, such a powerful unit, so hard to match up on. Grundy was ok, not his best game but definitely much more productive than last week. Cox is just so crucial to us now, he comes back in and all the mid-sized forwards fire up again. Mihocek chipped in too, the scoring was spread around a lot more, great to see.

And last but not least, to the coach Sir Nathan "Figjam" Buckley. A superb coaching display. What genius to tell De Goey, Mihocek, Stevo & WHE to go out there and kick 14 goals between you..and they did...brilliant strategy. More of that please! Go suck a 1000 year old goose egg Scott.

That was a very nice win.The players looked so much more switched on this week than they did last week.Having ten goal kickers instead of three makes a big difference!

I'm concerned about Moore?Did he really do his hamstring or did they take him off as a precaution?And someone said Jaimie Elliott got reported in the reserves?Surely not?I can't remember Jaimie getting reported for anything in his entire career!

Howe good was that! 20 fricken goals! I wasn’t going to go as I’m sick as a dog but junior convinced me! So glad she did! I really struggled with the votes so much heart out there! Thank you Collingwood, been a tough week, we buried my motherinlaw, she was a good woman. And this just made me smile so hard! I got some pretty good shots too, I’ll upload when I get a chance!
