Seriously, last week their three marking forwards ran riot and I wondered how we would stop Brown, Daw and Z. Yet they’ve barely fired a shot today against our small defender. Our defenders have done something right. |
Our midfield pressure has meant they haven't got the ball inside 50 very much, and when they have they've rarely had time and space to give good delivery to them.
The defenders have played well as a group though, not taking anything away from them.

Good and bad news for the Pies - Jamie Elliott got through VFL return from injury and kicked a couple of goals but was reported late in the game.
