The supply chain for the “Nick’s posting 22” dim sums was supposed to remain a secret....

I think this conversation has reached a very satisfactory understanding, with the exception of one question : How do you fit the cyclist into the esky ?

Quite forcefully, I expect.

Oh, that’s all right then.

Laughing Laughing

Dirty is a different character, that's for sure. Still doing crazy 4 weeks on 1 week off after more than 20 years of FIFO..... I don't think he will ever be able to adapt to a 'normal' lifestyle.
He owns a huge house, boats, cars, jet skis... you name it, Dirty has got it. But he rarely uses any of it.

I get the ecological arguments, but tbh I like cats more than most native animals, who are generally overrated. Dogs, on the other hand, can all get on a slow boat to Chile for all I care, and cat murderers can be dropped off halfway.

Overrated?? Shocked All that is asked is that you rate them highly enough not to condemn them to extinction.
And there are so many different types of birds (even among those in danger of extinction) that surely one of them must be satisfactory to you.

Cats are responsible for global warming, world poverty, North Korea, ISIS and Trump. Did you know that you have to be a cat to be a board member at Carlton - it’s embedded in their membership rules. Fact.

No need to eradicate them just eradicate cat owners who let their cats roam!
We have an inside cat with a cat cage to outside area she doesn't have a chance to kill, unless something enters her cage!

Great moments in modern civilization dependent upon cats:

The verdict is in - you can't eradicate something that inspired Syd AND Ray.

And, finally, everybody's favourite cat song, with the incomparable Nicky on piano: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7sntzuP9H9U

You can, and 1 shire in Qld, is.

Quote:
A Queensland local council will not back down on a controversial bounty that offers $10 for the scalps of feral cats, despite animal rights activists calling it cruel and unnecessary.

Banana shire introduced the bounty last month, which offers $10 for the scalp of an adult feral cat, and $5 for a kitten. Feral cats are estimated to kill 750,000 birds a day in Australia, and council staff said the bounty came in response to “an exploding population” of feral cats hunting native wildlife.

https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2017/nov/13/queensland-council-stands-by-10-bounty-for-adult-feral-cat-scalps

And the feds are in on the act too.

https://www.smh.com.au/national/war-on-feral-cats-australia-aims-to-cull-2-million-20170214-gucp4o.html

Might have to buy a rifle and spotlight. If the bounty goes up, you could make a nice little sideline a few nights a week.

You know that’s just feral cats, right. They won’t give you $20 for Mrs Kafoops’ prize pair of Siamese.

If they came in my yard and I handed in the scalps, they would.
