How good was De Goey in the last, one on one against a supposed quality defender in Hurley? Killed him. It's almost like KPPs are over rated.
Got to also give credit to Crisp for his daring runs. We had no one else willing to do it, Maynard included. Hopefully we get Murray back next week to give him a hand.

Fabulous win- character and grit against the odds.
Next week
Murray for Appleby
Brown for Daicos
Varcoe for Hoskin-Elliott
Moore, Smith, Elliot and possibly Faz will play in the intra-club next week.
Was fabulous to see Goldy interviewed at half time
Will never listen to Channel Seven commentary that includes Nigel Carmody or Jude Bolton ever again

| Good calls inky. De Goey is the player to take a game by the scruff of the neck and win it off his own boot. I think Crisp is having his best year yet, and today was perhaps his best game. His dummy baulk around cry baby Goddard was priceless. |

What a Captain! Basically inspired everyone to do it for Steele and come from behind. Hard to reconcile with some of the criticism his leadership has copped, including here.
