There have been “media favourite,s one I recall was Dangerfield being rubbed out during season till Brownlow time
“Oh how can he be not allowed to win —clearly best player all year”
Bet ya cotton Sox we will hear same crap on Fyfe

Scott Wynd in 92.
Goodes won in 2003 and 2006, 03 I think he played mainly ruck but 06 he was a midfielder / utility

Yep, Was always going to catch up with him.
He’s probably committed worse but got away with it up until now.
Franklin will be next, he’s another deliberately clumsy player on a regular basis. |

| That was a nasty act - I can’t believe he only got 1 week. He actually jumped to lay the hit. They worry way too much about consequences. I can accept that when it’s a legitimate bump but this simply wasn’t. I suppose they’ll reduce it to a fine - but, really, that was like watching footy in the 1970s. There’s no place for it. |

There was nothing in it, Levi bounced to his feet. It was like a slap from the missus when you get water all over the kitchen washing the dishes.
