Sorry, got bored. The seventh in 83 must have been Tony Russell against the Swans, the day John Annear won his Brownlow.(!)

Who were the seven in 1989? Can we guess them without looking it up?
For starters, let me guess: B. Taylor, P. Daicos, G. Wright ...
Who else? I'm now re-thinking the Wright guess. Maybe that was '87. By '89, I guess he'd re-emerged as a wingman, no longer a forward pocket...

Wright's first year was actually '88, in which he kicked 6.1 against Hawthorn in round 6. Those with good memories may recall this was the game in which Taylor was useless, and the Pies stormed home in the 4th quarter from 20 points down but could not kick straight, scoring 2.8 to 0.2, to lose by 2 points. From memory, Wright's point in that last quarter was a poster that, if it had been a goal, would have put the Pies in front.

In '89, his 5 goals came against the Bears in round 3.

The Dynamic Duo have recovered after a painful two weeks for both.
