101-52 yesterday and 106-58, last week.

When was the last time we had consecutive 8 goal wins ?

However, if we're talking about back to back 8 goal wins (margins of 48 to 53 points) in isolation and not back to back 8+ goal wins as I did in my above post, then we need to refer all the way back to 1951.

Round 2 1951 = Melbourne 57-106 Collingwood (49 points)
Round 3 1951 = Collingwood 102-50 Geelong (52 points)

I also like the recent numbers that we have won 7.5 games from our last 12 games played. That’s easily a top eight finish ratio ( and those numbers are posted against pretty good opposition as a generalisation )
The curve is on the up.
