Vice-Captain Back to Back has his sights set on the treble, it appears. Personally, I think he should be satisfied with the Copeland and the Brownlow.

By my reckoning, that makes 6 Collingwood players out of the top 24 in the whole AFL. That's a good foundation to win the flag.

Love your bias pump up of your boy but the facts won't support your desire
For some reason Sidey has never polled well in the Brownlow for whatever reason. His best season votes wise last season was 14 votes not much more than a third of the winning vote tally
Even allowing for this being his best year he's going to be losing votes to Treloar Pendles Grundy Phillips on a regular basis then JDG Stephenson Thomas Scharenberg and others will also take votes away from him. After 12 rounds he would around 7-10 votes maybe a couple more if you want to be overly generous. If he is to win a Brownlow it will have to be like Bradbury and have about 10-20 players above him all get rubbed out or fail to play after the bye.
In the coaches awards he's still a fair way from the leader. Again the polling shows he's losing votes weekly to others in the team (we have 6 of the top 24 players currently) unlike the Brownlow they can still win the award even if suspended
He may finish as our highest place getter but not the winner and he's no certainty to finish as our top place getter unless we have a massive injury run and the likes of Pendles Grundy Phillips Trelaor are out for t Brest of the year and then he won't be getting votes anyway because we won't be winning games
The copeland is a different kettle of fish. It's his best chance to win an award. But last year proved the best player over the season doesn't always win the best and fairest. Adams led all external awards for our players but some how Sidey ended up winning the copeland. If that happens again then whilst he would likley finish as a place getter winning it based on last years historic voting fiasco he wouldn't be named the winner.
I'll be happy to concede that this is his best season ever for the club and he's been very consistent even under more oppostion scrutiny. But I wouldn't be overly confident of him winning any awards the voting is just to weird at times to figure out

I actually could not care less whether any of them win any award other than the Norm Smith Medal (and only then when they win). But it would be funny if Sidey got a Brownlow. I suppose his Mum might like it, too.

Cannot believe Simpson didn't get a vote. He appeared to be everywhere until the last quarter.

Talentless Carlton hack - perhaps even Bolton can see it for what it is.

Cripps had a 33 disposal game but in a losing side. Simpson 37.

Mitchell has 24 disposals to half time.
