Well we have since 2012 this Great Club Getting Worse and Worse but Club does nothing to try and Fix the Problem. Seems like they just Bury there hand in the Sand and Refuse to Admit we have Massively Stuffed after Changing Coach from Malthouse to Buckley.

As you saw lot of our Hear and Soul Players left the Club because Buckley Drove Them Out and they just Bagged the Club on how big of a Joke it had Become.

Then we keep going down the ladder and instead of trying to Re-Build the List we went after Older Players so we could just Play Finals and Eddie would not have to Sack Buck(Which he Won't).

Then even with Drafting we keep Picking the Wrong Type of Players. We Badly Need KPP but we keep Drafting Mids and Utilities and what makes it worse when we got players from other Clubs we Massively Over Pay just look at Wells and Mayne,

BUT there been next to no change at Top of the Club with Bucks seems to be never under threat of losing his Job with his Best Mate Eddie is in Charge and does what he wants as he is a Dictator and Sending the Club more down the Shitter each year. Even Hine could go with Bad Recruiting. Even getting Players with Bad Skills and Decision Making

Even Some Fans seem to Accept we are a Joke but still want the Idiots in Charge Still

Club needs MASSIVE CHANGES to get back on Track

Last year was an improvement on 2016.

This year is only one game in and too early to assess.

This is the norm at Collingwood. We accept mediocrity, second best. We don’t show enough hunger or drive to be number one.
The board had a review and made some changes. But who knows if this will work and when.
It almost seems you put on the Collingwood jumper and that’s good enough.

You always hear reasons as to why we don’t succeed or go forward
We didn’t do this, we didn’t do that. Players didn’t perform

But we never fix the problem. We never change

There needs to be accountability and right now there is none

The skills level of the senior playing group for a senior AFL TEAM is very poor. So from recruiting to gameplan to fitness we are very poor. And the years from 2013-2017 show this

Nothings changed, Buckley even said we're not changing our system. Look it would be easier if people stopped making excuses for them and we all moved towards the future by swallowing our pride, admitting we were wrong, putting a broom through the whole club, appointing our next coach and president - and start rebuilding this club - however painful it may be, it is inevitable.

Who are your suggested candidates for the various roles?

Put in Paul Kennedy from ABC news!
He is intelligent and he could do no worse than the current top dog.

There are plenty out there.
Trouble is no one wants to stab the Prez in the back.
The Prez should realize the game is long and truly up.

Dave, i know the pies have crept up on us a little bit, but you said this only 8 weeks ago. Can you believe you said it? Skills and decision making seem to have improved dramatically!

Also, how do you think those crappy utilities are going? You know, the likes of Howe, Scharenberg, WHE, Stephenson?

Buckley took the role at the worst possible time - we were a great side on the decline and very reluctant to lose players who gave us gold in 2010. It was always going to take time to turn over to a winning list, for Bucks to build his crew, for creating a game plan that suited the players at hand.

I always say the coach only accounts for a smaller margin of the success and it takes a long time to grow a good one. I was reluctant to see Malthouse go around the time our premiership window was ajar but we need to hold onto Bucks - we should always be slow to change coaches.

I enjoyed the game, but this is still one of the best bumps of the day.

I had the same view after Round 1. But in Round 2 against GWS I did admit that I was glad to see Bucks make changes in game when Treloar went forward. I felt we were too predictable in the way we have played but that has definitely changed since the first game and getting better and better to the point where I reckon not even Bucks can predict who will kick our goals week to week.

We needed a big inform scalp and today we delivered in spades, I said a few days ago this could be our biggest game in 5 years. The sky is the limit for this group and results like this just fast track it. It may not be this year but we will be there deep in September soon. Still need a few positional players to be further developed like another KPP, small defender and need to find a genuine crumber. We aren’t far away.

Try raising the thread where DTM said we would finish bottom 4. I think you owe Bucks an apology. And me for calling you out on it. You have no currency in credibility any more. If you ever had any.
