Wills is a weapon. 70m clearance kicks to the goal square is a asset to any team.
strong player who keeps his head over it but could do with another 1m or 2 of pace. only suited to the midfield but even so would love him to be fit and ready. definitely would get a start while Greenwood sits in rehab. any news on Rupert?

I think he played some of the last VFL game, so hopefully he'll play the game on friday. Seems he's had a very limited preseason, so I wouldn't expect he'd be in the frame for senior selection for a few weeks yet.

thanks for the update RB.
although Rupert found his feet quickly in the afl he also was struck down with a lti just as quick. could he have been unprepared for the position he played, the bending over and picking up while getting smashed left, right and centre whilst holding position. that's the case in point for wills.

I expect Fasolo to be named for round 1, but I think Aish is 50/50 at this stage.

It's a shame we already have a major injury list and the season hasn't begun yet.

It is, but I'm not surprised. When was the last time we kicked off a season fully fit and free from scandal... All part of the rollercoaster ride that is supporting Collingwood.

Most teams have injuries just like we do (even teams that win premierships). Unfortunately for us, we lack any form of depth in our list and so, for now, injuries seem to set us back more than other teams.

Hopefully more of these young kids we have evolve into AFL calibre players and that will help cover for injuries that will always occur so long as the sport that is being played is AFL footy.

Skidstronamus can see some big blowouts coming in this seasons opening round.. And there's money to be made!!!

40+ victors will be;

Richmond @ $2.50
Port @ $2.90
GWS @ $4.25
PIES @ $8

Combine these in a multi for the juicy odds of 245/1.

A lazy $10 will see you with the biggest basket of Easter eggs since Cadbury stopped calling it Easter!

BOOM!
