A series of practice games I will tolerate and suffer. If we show a sh!t plan, setup, and structure in the season proper....bugger that. That was woeful tonight.

The modern history of our club suggests that even in that disaster scenario the regime may try to cling on to power. It's possible that all the energy spent trying to stave off challengers is itself part of the problem, and if it were spent more constructively things would be better even without any 'rebirth'. |

To begin wth, the Giants have a better squad. Perhaps the best in the AFL
It appeared they had most of their guns out there.
We had Treloar, DeGoey, Elliott, Fasolo, Moore, Aish, Wells, Greenwood, Sharenberg and Howe out.
You could argue all of them are in our best 22.
I thought Cox, Langdon and Thomas looked like they had improved.
Having said all that, we looked horrendous _________________ "You must be a parking ticket, cuz you got fine written all over you" Glen Quagmire |

yes, they had all of their guns out there other than Toby Greene, Rory Lobb, Brett Deledio, Tom Scully, Jacob Hopper, Zac Williams, Nick Haynes, Will Setterfield, Aidan Corr, Matt Buntine, Adam Kennedy AND Ryan Griffen!!!! _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |

How did we end up with a draw (which should have been a win) against the Crows, and a relatively decent and promising end to the season last year, and then turn up for this and roll out such crap? _________________ "The night is a very dark time for me" Chaz Michael Michaels |

If we refer to it by its technical name, we end up with the following terminology: Fluke _________________ All Aboard!! Choo Choo!!! |

As has been the way since 2012, our team wins games despite the coaching efforts. In the earlier years, our talent could counteract coaching ineptitude, However, over time, the coaching ineptitude weighs too heavily on the playing group and now we don't have the talent to overcome the deficiencies in coaching.
Our coaching is uninspiring, predictable, and boring....much like listening to our senior coach.
Bottom out, clean out, start again and be in contention in 2025. _________________ Fighting against the objectification of woman. |

I guess we are literally "The Walking Dead"; because I don't see much run out there anyway... _________________ M I L L A N E 4 2 forever |

Well, there were two reviews. One was done by an outsider with professional help and made recommendations for change.
The other was done by an insider (though one with football experience outside the club too) and ... ?? Who knows exactly what it recommended? (We are being given the strong impression that "having more fun" is the new flavour of the year. Why, I ask, were they so miserable in the past?) In fairness, it does seem that a football operations review is inherently more delicate and more difficult to carry out than the other review. Also, whether the football operations run well may be largely influenced by whether the rest of the club does, so if the other review improves that stuff there may be a flow-on effect, albeit presumably not an immediate one.
It's a bit of a concern, though, if its recommendations are being implemented as slowly as possible, though that would admittedly be preferable to having them ignored altogether. |

Guess I’m just an ordinary Joe who by keeping in touch as best I can fails to see the wisdom of the review and it’s by products
Sure we have some new blood into coaching —some administration changes
Sure the squad had many of our vital players missing but then if same scenario transpire,s thru the season (Elliott ,Moore Wells ,Treloar out)
Do we see a series of inept performance by the JLT type crew for losses _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

Well, the Walsh review has been contentious right from the start. Many share your doubts or think it was just a public-relations exercise. We likely won't see any of its contents (until it becomes just an historical document), so questions will always remain.
The Murphy review, on the other hand, ... Well, that's a different story.
