^^^^ Pretty sure I remember going along to Manuka and seeing the Swans touch us up several years back. A game in which Plugger completely flattened Wakelin... Could be wrong and it might have been Philip Oval instead.

The Thursday-night game will be the first time Collingwood has played in Canberra since thrashing North Melbourne by 43 points in 2001.

It is being played at Manuka - It's just now called UNSW Stadium. Think Docklands/Telstra/Colonial/Etihad

I'm really looking forward to this one. Will be at the match, and very keen to see some of the new(er) players.

Yep, Manuka it was. 2002 Wizard Home Loans cup - on 17 Feb.

Sydney sadly defeated the Pies 119 to 39 at Manuka Oval. It was the match best known for Plugger knocking out Wakes who was stretchered off.

per Dinny

Adam Treloar not training. Darcy Moore and James Aish left the track at different stages. Daniel Wells did a bit but then left the main group to do some running.

Teams drop in 30mins.
