His family blames us for his first major injury and he forced his way out, no thanks.

The family is right. do you think its a coincidence that both Moore and DeGoey are also struggling with career threatening hamstring injuries. Our training techniques when they were kids was a complete sham!! We trained kids on adult programs. Bodies werent up for it and as soon as they got in game intensity situations.....ping! And badly.

you can ignore these facts all you like, but the blame must fall to the club for this.

you cannot defame by citing truthful matters. if you have access to Collingwood's review from 2017, you might find some sections devoted to this very point.

For example, did you know that Darcy Moore also had a hamstring rip off the bone in his very first reserves match????

seems odd that we recruited 3 guys in the top of the draft over a 12 month period, all of whom had bad hamstrings. Especially since hamstrings arent really a hereditary condition but are instead a use injury .....

What you say is the truth, and what is the truth may be two different things.

And in a defamation case, if you claim a truth defence, you’ve got to prove it. So, where’s your evidence?

Very very hard for an organisation to sue an individual for defamation.
