Good, it was a fix for a problem that didn't exist. Internet was fine before 2015 and didn't need Government regulation over some possible scenario that didn't exist.

Is it strictly true that we've returned to the pre-2015 status quo? My impression was that the regulations were put in place to ratify an approach that was already being followed as an unspoken agreement – whereas now, the floodgates are open for IPs to do as they please.

My ISP is in Thailand. The government determines what you can do or not. It is why VPNs are popular here. This is the pirate capital of the world. You can't buy a shirt here without it being a knock off. Latest release movies on DVD for 4 bucks. Why would I bother downloading.

And DTM I don't have the inclination to go through all your posts complaining about blocking sites etc. But you are gulity as charged.

I’d be more interested in finding out how many here haven’t participated in piracy in some way.

Well there was that one time several years ago after a few drinks.

Look, I was fine with having the parrot on the shoulder and wearing an eye patch, but I baulked at having a hand or foot cut off to be replaced with a hook or pegleg.

Wuss. Clearly we are dealing here with a man who cannot hold his liquor.
