| Post subject: Is Ramsay our secret 40th man? |  |

So Ramsay has been training (was he sighted today?), but wasn't selected in the rookie draft.
Anyone know what's going on with him?
I assume he is now either out and won't train or he is our secret 40th man on the primary list.

True. My calculations indicate we have only 4 rookies with the retention of Max Lynch added to the three taken today. 39 and 4 rookies makes no sense!

I assume he would have to have been on official lists lodged to date.
The Club made no announcement about Blair for 2018. I haven't seen official lists, but the club website has Blair but not Ramsay listed on the primary list.

He (Rama) was officially delisted, right? I assume the club cannot publicly delist & then secretly relist. |

We have 43 with J Thomas included irrespective of his list classification given the new rules.

Isn't it 43 plus Cox. Or was Cox upgraded to the primary list. I thought we were keeping him as a category B rookie for one more year because we can. I thought you could have up to three category B rookies, in addition to you list of 44.
I also thought that Josh Thomas got upgraded, because you cant be a category A rookie for more than 2 years and his time is up.
so i have it at 39, plus 4 category A rooks, plus 1 category B rook.
